Creator Partner Terms & Conditions

1.1 Any individual, entity, social media influencer, content creator, organization, media platform, ambassador, marketer, ministry representative, or promotional partner with active and engaging followers on one or more social media platforms may apply to become a FaithStride Creator Partner.

1.2 FaithStride reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any application or partnership at its sole discretion.

1.3 Creator Partners must comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, social media platform policies, and ethical marketing practices within their country or region.

2.1 Each approved Creator Partner will receive: a unique referral or partner code, access to a Creator Dashboard, and access to promotional tools and media resources.

2.2 The Creator Partner code is used to: track subscriber registrations, enable accountability, monitor commissions and performance analytics, and attribute qualifying subscriptions.

2.3 Creator Partners are responsible for protecting the integrity and lawful use of their allocated code.

3.1 Participation in the Creator Partner Program is voluntary.

3.2 This program does not constitute: employment, agency, joint venture, franchise, legal partnership, contest or lottery, or guaranteed income opportunity.

3.3 Creator Partners act as independent promotional representatives and are solely responsible for their own content, tax obligations, disclosures, business operations, and compliance requirements.

3.4 FaithStride may update, amend, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the program, dashboard, commission structure, policies, or operational process at any time at its discretion.

4.1 Creator Partners will earn: USD $50 once-off performance reward for every qualifying 50 paying subscribers successfully referred through their allocated Creator Partner referral code. Additionally, 15% recurring monthly commission on eligible subscriber payments linked to their referral code for as long as such subscriptions remain active, valid, and qualifying.

4.2 Creator Partners will have access to a dedicated Creator Partner Dashboard where they can monitor subscriber analytics, referral performance, conversion tracking, commission history, payout status, and overall growth activity linked to their referral code.

4.3 All commissions, rewards, and payouts are subject to verification and compliance review by FaithStride. FaithStride reserves the right to verify subscriber legitimacy, investigate suspicious activity, reject fraudulent or ineligible referrals, reverse commissions, withhold payouts, adjust earnings, or decline rewards associated with abuse, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fake traffic, spam activity, referral manipulation, policy violations, or non-compliant promotional conduct.

4.4 Any refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, cancelled, chargeback-related, or otherwise ineligible subscription may result in a corresponding deduction or adjustment from once-off performance rewards, recurring commissions, pending payouts, or future Creator Partner earnings where applicable.

4.5 Payments and commission distributions may be subject to verification procedures, payout processing timelines, banking or transfer charges, currency conversion fees, regional payment restrictions, tax deductions where applicable, and financial compliance requirements within the Creator Partner's country or region.

4.6 Creator Partners are solely responsible for understanding, reporting, and complying with all local tax laws, financial reporting obligations, regulatory requirements, and legal responsibilities applicable within their jurisdiction.

5.1 Creator Partners must represent FaithStride professionally, honestly, respectfully, and ethically.

5.2 Creator Partners shall not: spread false information, misrepresent FaithStride services, create deceptive marketing claims, damage FaithStride's reputation, use manipulative advertising, engage in hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or abusive communication, or promote unlawful, harmful, sexually explicit, or offensive material alongside FaithStride promotions.

5.3 Creator Partners may not falsely claim: guaranteed miracles, guaranteed healing, guaranteed financial outcomes, official church endorsements unless authorized, or ownership or executive authority within FaithStride.

5.4 Creator Partners must avoid negative, misleading, hostile, defamatory, or spiritually manipulative communication relating to FaithStride, its subscribers, team members, partners, or community.

5.5 FaithStride reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Creator Partner whose conduct may negatively impact brand integrity, community trust, legal compliance, user safety, or public perception.

6.1 Approved Creator Partners may receive access to FaithStride media kits, promotional graphics, videos, logos, campaign materials, brand guidelines, advertising resources, and social media assets.

6.2 These materials are provided solely for authorized promotional use relating to FaithStride.

6.3 Creator Partners may not resell FaithStride materials, modify official assets deceptively, remove branding unlawfully, or misuse copyrighted or protected content.

6.4 FaithStride retains full ownership and intellectual property rights over all provided materials, branding, systems, graphics, software, and digital assets.

7.1 Creator Partners are responsible for ensuring compliance with Meta policies, TikTok policies, YouTube policies, Instagram policies, local advertising laws, consumer protection regulations, and influencer disclosure requirements.

7.2 Where legally required, Creator Partners should disclose promotional relationships appropriately using tags such as #Ad, #Partner, #FaithStridePartner, or equivalent sponsored disclosures.

The following activities are strictly prohibited: fake subscribers, purchased followers, automated traffic, spam promotions, fake accounts, chargeback abuse, identity manipulation, referral manipulation, misleading ads, unauthorized paid search bidding on FaithStride trademarks, and system exploitation.

FaithStride reserves the right to suspend commissions, freeze accounts, remove dashboard access, terminate partnerships, and pursue legal action where applicable.

9.1 FaithStride provides the Creator Partner Program on an "as available" basis.

9.2 FaithStride does not guarantee specific income levels, subscriber conversion rates, continuous platform uptime, uninterrupted access, or marketing success.

9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FaithStride shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, social platform restrictions, regional payment limitations, or third-party platform issues.

10.1 These Terms are intended to apply internationally across multiple jurisdictions and regions.

10.2 Creator Partners are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with local laws, advertising standards, tax requirements, consumer protection laws, and influencer regulations within their country.

10.3 If any section of these Terms becomes unenforceable under local law, the remaining sections shall continue to remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted.

11.1 Creator Partners may stop participating at any time.

11.2 FaithStride may suspend or terminate any Creator Partner account immediately where there is misconduct, fraud, brand abuse, legal risk, harmful conduct, or violation of these Terms.

11.3 Upon termination: access to dashboards may be revoked, referral codes may be disabled, and pending commissions may be reviewed before release.

12.1 FaithStride reserves the right to improve, modify, replace, or discontinue any part of the Creator Partner Program at any time.

12.2 Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

12.3 Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of rights.
